The hotel is situated in a nice leafy part of Preston, making it ideal for central Preston and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are of modest size but perfect for what we wanted, though more pictures would be helpful for guests to see the size better. The service was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is spot on, near to everything, and the building is just off Winckley Square, providing a spacious room and a decently equipped kitchenette. The dining could have been more luxurious to match the room's feel, and the options were limited. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel rooms were absolutely gorgeous, very modern and designed well, but sadly smelled of cigarettes despite efforts to cover it up. However, the atmosphere outside the room turned loud with partying till early morning, possibly due to guests consuming substances. The service was a mix of helpful and awful experiences. The location was ideal for a blend of work and leisure visits, although there were some concerns about entry access. The dining options were limited but did include fresh unlimited pancakes.
